Shipping & Returns



We deliver in the following countries: Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Do you live in another country? Give us a sign at and we’ll look what we can do for you.

We work together with bpost, DPD and DHL. Shipments normally take 2-4 days to arrive at your shipping address. You will receive an automatically generated Track & Trace Code to follow your package online.

Free shipping & shipping rates

  • Customers from Belgium and The Netherlands enjoy free shipping from orders above €70. You can also pick-up your package for free in Lummen after an appointment.
  • Customers from Luxemburg, Germany and France enjoy free shipping from orders above €100.
  • Customers from Italy, Spain or Portugal enjoy free shipping from orders above €150.

When your order is lower than this amount, following shipping rates will be charged:

  • Belgium & The Netherlands: €5
  • Rest of Europe: €10

Return Policy

Right to retract

In accordance with the consumer protection laws, you have a period of 14 days to return your items purchased online, when you comply to the conditions as mentioned below. Please be aware that returns are at your expense.

The 14-day period starts from the date of receipt of the item by the consumer. In case of dispute about the date on which the goods were returned, the consumer will have to prove the shipping date.

Returned items

  • may not have been worn
  • must be returned in their original packaging
  • need to be accompanied by all labels and as placed by the manufacturer.
  • need to be accompanied by this completely filled in return form

Items that can’t be returned or refunded

  • items that have already been worn
  • items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear
  • custom-made items (for example: shirts with your name or logo on it)
  • items with loose, missing, torn labels
  • items that are faded and/or discolored
  • items that are damaged due to improper maintenance, washing, drying – not in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations – or from improper use items that are damaged due to friction, sharp objects, chemicals or other damage resulting from external influences

Amounts and practices

The refund can never exceed the amount paid for the returned item(s). The shipping costs of the shipments remain at your expense.
The request for refund will be examined within 10 working days of receipt of goods from the seller: after the inspection of the returned goods, Unidos will respond to the refund request favourably or unfavourably within the same period of 10 working days.

In case of a favourable response a refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated on this form. The bank charges for international transfers will be shared. In case of an unfavourable response, a reasoned reply will be sent to you.

Manufacturing defect

Unidos offers high quality products, normally free from manufacturing defects. However, there can always be a manufacturing defect. If one of our items has a manufacturing defect, you can request an exchange.

After a positive result to the inspection of the returned items, we send the replacement item(s) to you at our cost if still available in stock, with a maximum legal delay of 30 days following the reception of the articles to exchanged.4
